Most driveways fail at the edges and where the water sits. The surface cracks, water gets under it, and the patches start to multiply. A resurface fixes that only if the base is still sound, so soft spots get dug out and rebuilt first. Then the old surface is swept, tack coated, and the new hot mix goes down and gets rolled while it is still hot.
Shared driveways need a plan for the building. Residents, deliveries, and the garbage truck still have to get through. We talk about timing with the strata or the building manager before the job is booked, and the surface stays closed only as long as it needs to cool.
If the driveway is concrete or the slab has failed, that is a different job. New concrete driveways sit on civil.
We inspect, then we quote. Photos of the driveway and the street get that started. There is no public rate per square metre on this site. Call 0487 549 909.
