Capability Statement

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This is the company fact pack for builders, certifiers, and project managers. What we do, the plant and trucks we run, the types of work, safety and compliance, licences, and recent projects. Flip the Welcome Pack or read the same facts below.

The house down. The block ready. One crew · One booking · One set of trucks

Elite Demolition and Excavation is a licensed demolition contractor for builders, developers, and strata across Sydney, the Central Coast, and NSW. One crew takes the house down, removes the asbestos on our own jobs, digs to the builder's levels, carts the spoil, and can lay the car park or driveway after. Tell us what the site needs and we hand it back ready for the next trade.

The booklet above is the Welcome Pack. Builders can flip it or download the PDF. It carries the same sections as this page.

What we do

Demolition

Full and partial house knock-downs, strip-outs, and defits under NSW licence AD214505.

Asbestos removal

On our own knockdowns, before the excavator goes on the building. Independent hygienist clearance.

Excavation and rock

Bulk and detailed digs, rock sawing, jackhammering, footing trenches, piering, and pool holes.

Civil and asphalt

Hot mix resurfacing for car parks and driveways, line marking, stormwater, and concrete driveways.

Plant and trucks

Excavators from 1.7 to 23 tonne, an 800kg mini dumper, and tippers from 4.5 tonne to truck and dog.

Carpentry and labour

Framing, decks, and joinery under licence 397254C. Site supervisors and skilled labourers.

How we work

  • One crew, one booking. Demolition, asbestos, excavation, cartage, and civil on the same job, so the builder is not waiting on a second contractor.
  • Plant with our operator. Most machines go out with our operator. Dry hire is by arrangement when it is a real fit.
  • Inspect, then quote. Photos start it. A site look confirms access, the street, and what is in the building before the number is final.
  • Paperwork before day one. You or your certifier lodge the DA or CDC. We tell you what has to be in place and work to it.

Types of work

WorkWhat it involves
House demolitionFull and partial knock-downs to AS 2601 under licence AD214505. Roof stripped by hand first when the site needs it.
Asbestos removalOn our own knockdowns, before the machine. Waste goes to a licensed facility, never buried on the block.
Strip-outs and defitsOffice, retail, warehouse, bathroom, and kitchen strip-outs.
Bulk excavationDig to the builder's levels after the house comes down, with the spoil carted in our tippers.
Rock, trenches, and poolsRock saw and jackhammer in sandstone, footing trenches, piering, and pool holes.
Civil and asphaltHot mix resurfacing for car parks, driveways, and private roads, line marking, stormwater, and concrete driveways.
Concrete cuttingSlab openings, wall cuts, driveway bays, and stay-lines before a knockdown.
CarpentryFraming, decks, and joinery under licence 397254C when it sits in the same booking.

Excavation, rock, and trenches

After the house comes down, the same crew can stay for the dig. When the ground is sandstone, the booking can include a rock saw and a jackhammer. We inspect, then we quote. There is no rate per cubic metre on this page.

  • Bulk excavation and detailed excavation into rock
  • Trenches, footings, and piering
  • Pool excavation

Sans Souci shows the open trenches, the pool cut through rock, and the rock saw. Vaucluse shows a trench with the bucket in the ground, and a deep rock hole.

Safety and compliance

  • Demolition to AS 2601 under NSW licence AD214505
  • Asbestos removed before the excavator goes on the building
  • Independent hygienist clearance when that is the job
  • Services isolated and the site fenced before the first morning
  • Asbestos kept separate from brick, timber, and spoil
  • A site look before every quote

Elite does the asbestos work on our own knockdowns. The machine stands down until removal is done, and an independent hygienist issues the clearance when that is the job. We do not publish a Class A or Class B asbestos licence number on this page.
