House demolition
Full house knock-downs, including the slab when that's part of the brief. Knock-down rebuilds are a big part of our Central Coast week, from coastal houses to suburban blocks inland.
Read about house demolitionWe're a licensed demolition crew based in Daceyville, and the Central Coast is a regular part of the week. Houses, commercial strip-outs, and site clears from the peninsula through Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, and up toward Wyong and The Entrance.
Coastal blocks and inland blocks are different jobs. Ettalong and Terrigal can be tight and weather-affected. Gosford and Wyong are more about getting waste off quickly and keeping the street moving. One crew covers the lot. NSW demolition licence AD214505 and carpentry licence 397254C.
If you want the local version, we have pages for Ettalong Beach, Erina, and Gosford. For a quote, call 0487 549 909 or send the contact form with the suburb and a couple of photos.

Most house demolitions on the Central Coast need council approval or a CDC. We don't issue those, but we'll tell you what has to be in place. If the building is likely to have asbestos, that has to be handled before we put a machine on it.
We turn up with the crew and the gear, take the structure down, and cart the waste. Neighbours and access get planned before the first truck arrives, not on the morning.
When we're done, the site should be ready for the builder. If excavation is part of the quote, we do that before we leave.
